Paige plans and illustrates a full picture-book from a single brief: story, scene breakdown, and every illustration — keeping the same characters, palette, and style across every page.
The three steps

Brief
Tell Paige about the book: title, one-paragraph overview, age range, art style, body font, KDP trim, and how many pages. If you have characters in your library you can attach them here so they appear consistently in every scene.
Click Draft story to have Paige plan the narrative and a scene per page.

Story Bible
Paige returns a scene-by-scene breakdown: narrative text on one side, location and visual notes on the other. Edit any scene inline, split a beat across two pages, or ask Paige to rewrite a scene that doesn’t land.
When the story reads the way you want, click Render all.

Generate
Paige illustrates every scene. Progress runs on the server — you can close the tab and come back to the same URL later. When rendering finishes you land in the editor for final tweaks and export.
The storybook editor pairs each illustration with its narrative — edit both without leaving the page.
Characters
Storybooks live or die on character consistency. If you attach a character from your library to the brief, Paige feeds that character’s reference images into every illustration so the same protagonist appears on every page. See Character library for how to build one.

Cost
Storybook illustrations cost 1 token per page — same rate as a coloring page. A 16-page storybook is 16 tokens. See Tokens & billing for how the pool works.
